2BM Recruitment Ltd have been appointed by a leading manufacturer of electrical products to recruit for a Project Sales Co-ordinator to work in their projects team at the Mansfield office. The Project Sales Co-ordinator will support the Project Sales Engineers, and liaise with internal departments, and customers to ensure a successful outcome of projects and orders.

 

  • Starting salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (Dependant on experience and skills)

  • 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

The Project Sales Co-ordinator will be to work on your own initiative, perform well under pressure and to present a professional and positive image of both the organisation and you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain concise records of contact and progress via activity planner and liaise with nominated sales engineers to provide timely information.

  • Maintain regular contact with customer post-order to monitor delivery timescales, take appropriate action to adjust where necessary.

  • In conjunction with your appointed Project Sales Engineers, liaise with customers to clarify their initial design requirements and manage any subsequent amendments required by the client.

  • Respond to customer quotation requests, prepare new quotations, and revise existing quotations where needed.

 

We’re extremely keen to talk to people with experience within a similar role to, Project Sales Co-ordinator, Project Administrator, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Account Manager. As well as:

  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels.

  • Seek opportunities to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and strong organisational skills.

  • A strong background in customer service AND Administration is essential.

  • Experience within the electrical or construction trade, or a technical product sector is desirable.
